Modsquad Wins Another Globee for Customer Service Outsourcing
We won another Globee! This year, we’re taking home the Bronze for Contact Center or Customer Service Outsourcing Provider for our work with VSCO.
VSCO is a photo and video editing app combined with a social network. More than 25 million creators use VSCO as their go-to photography editing app. It’s a great app with a strong community.
Unfortunately, they found themselves locked into a pricey outsourcing contract and getting poor results. “We wanted better quality support. We were looking for higher output, with more tickets resolved in an hour. But we were also very sensitive to the quality of the responses during each customer touch point”, explained Kyle Hale, VSCO Senior Manager, Customer and Community Success.
Fortunately, VSCO called in the Mods. It didn’t take long for us to do what the previous outsourcer couldn’t: provide great support without breaking the bank.
