I nominate Steven B! Steven has been with MSQ for over 10 years, with me on various projects since 2019. He is super loyal and dedicated to MSQ and always willing to bounce around to different projects for me and help where needed without question. Starting as a CS mod, he has focused on the moderation and engagement side of the business projects for the last 2 years and is absolutely phenomenal at supporting our clients, the users, and our teams. This is where he really shines! Steven jumps in to cover shifts as needed for his team mates, especially during the holidays, and genuinely cares about everyone he works with with amazing empathy and kindness. He has a keen eye for details and always lets me know immediately when something seems off. He's absolutely stellar!
