Mod of the Month – March 2024
The Mod we’re celebrating this month is no stranger to receiving recognition for outstanding work. Last month, she was the top Mod on her project. This month she’s the top Mod in our company.

Nina works on moderation and customer support projects in the entertainment and gaming industries. While she operates in several channels, her specialty is asynchronous communication. Because of her detail-oriented nature, Nina likes a few extra moments to craft the perfect response. “I am a problem solver,” she explains. I love being able to do exactly that for customers … and people in general.” And she does it well.
Before Nina came to ModSquad, she honed her CX skills on social media, answering “delicate tweets.” She soon found herself managing, training, and QAing a team of 15 — no surprise there.
So, how did we land an expert like Nina? Let’s just say the ability to work remotely and flexible hours had something to do with it. Skipping the commute and cubicle and controlling her schedule is important to her. “You can choose your own time to work. That is life right there. No traffic, no rushing, no anxiety, ... that is just peace for me!” And it’s important to her family: her loving husband and “the most amazing daughter in the world.”
ModSquad fits into Nina’s lifestyle so well that this is her second time working for us. We’re glad you’re back!
