Mod of the Month – October 2025
From troubleshooting tech issues to perfecting stitches on a new fashion design, Estrella C. knows a thing or two about balancing creativity and precision. Based in sunny Tabasco, Mexico, this self-proclaimed “middle kid” spends her days helping customers, supporting teammates, and hanging out with her adorable pup, Lilo, a sleepy, playful sidekick who never strays from her desk.
Estrella joined ModSquad back in 2021, looking for a flexible opportunity to improve her quality of life. What she found was something even better — a true community. Over the past three years, she’s grown from a dedicated Customer Support Mod to a trusted Tier 2 expert, tackling everything from technical troubleshooting to financial escalations and beyond.
She’s also supported teammates through QA and shadowing sessions, one-on-one moments, she says, that helped her feel more connected and fulfilled. “I love that ModSquad lets me work independently but still gives me ways to collaborate and help others,” she shared.
Teammates praise her for her calm professionalism and ability to find creative solutions quickly. Her dedication extends to every call and email. She genuinely enjoys getting to the root of an issue and turning frustration into relief.

Estrella says being named Mod of the Month is her proudest moment. “It’s proof to myself that I can do it, that giving 100% every day really pays off!” One of her favorite memories? Winning a coffee maker just two months into a project. Talk about brewing up good luck early!
When she’s not at her keyboard, you’ll find her out exploring with her partner, hitting the gym, or bringing her fashion-design studies to life through sewing and clothing alterations.
